This DIRECT OCEANFRONT Villa is located on the first floor and provides beautiful and unobstructed views of the ocean. The Villa is actually elevated with dynamic beach and ocean views. Many first floor Villas sit so low that the dunes completely obstruct your view. NOT THIS VILLA! You can see it all! AND... You just cannot get any closer! Don't be mistaken by 'Oceanview' Villa's claiming to be Oceanfront. Our villa is ABSOLUTELY OCEANFRONT!

There is also an impeccably maintained oceanfront pool PLUS a Kiddies pool just a few steps away. All surrounded by a large sun deck area with lounge chairs provided. YOUR VIEW HOWEVER IS NOT OVERLOOKING THE POOL OR PARKING LOT (JUST OCEAN), so you have privacy as well as convenience. Breakers is located in the popular Forest Beach area. Coligny Plaza, famous for its over 60 shops and restaurants is located immediately across the street. An abundant amount of top quality island golf courses are minutes away.
