Positive: I booked a weekend trip for 6 people. They only had towels for 4, we had to go buy extra towels because they didn't have anyone to bring us extra. They did offer to pay for the towels, but we decided to just take them with us. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch that didn't have any sheets or blankets for it. We found a dirty duvet in the closet that I had to wash before covering the stained mattress on the couch. Thank goodness my granddaughters had their own blankets or we would of had to buy blankets also. The reservation was for 6 people, I think that the person who manages the unit needs to let their staff know how many towels, sheets, and blankets are needed for the unit. J.G.
