Welcome to The Honeycomb House! This charming 1940's home has been recently remodeled & completely updated from top to bottom! It's a short drive to City Center & Downtown Salt Lake and only 10 minutes from the airport! There is a Trax stop only 2 blocks away, a grocery store is a 3 min drive, & both Park City + Cottonwood Canyons Ski Resorts are 30 minutes away. Super fast Fiber internet! The house is 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
On the main level, you will enter into a living space with a TV, comfortable couch, and oversized arm chair. Off to the left there are 2 bedrooms (1 King & 1 Full) and a shared hall bath with a bathtub. Through the kitchen and Down the hall is the owner’s suite with a Queen bed and its own en-suite that has a walk in shower. When you head down the stairs to the basement, the laundry room is in the common area and it is stocked with all the necessities to refresh your clothes. Off of the laundry room is a half bathroom, a bedroom with 2 twin size beds & a desk, and a media room which has a TV, futon, game chairs, and lots of board games, toys, and puzzles for guests to enjoy. The home is surprisingly spacious with plenty of room to spread out!
*Please note we just added a desk to the basement bedroom and blackout shades to each upstairs bedroom. The basement bedroom is naturally dark. There are lamps in every room to provide additional light*
If you are traveling with children or a large family, we have travel cribs/bassinet, strollers with bassinet attachments, pack & plays, air beds, baby carriers, potty seats, and lots of other baby gear we are happy to share with families to help lighten the load while traveling. Please inquire with us and we will be happy to give you the whole list of items we can provide for our guests and help accommodate all of your needs.
Pretty much the entire house is up for guest use. We do kindly ask to respect the locked storage closets and if you use any items in our home, please treat them with respect and let us know of any issues you may have as soon as you encounter them. We’re here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
