Lower level master suite has a king bed, dresser, rocker, nightstand and 55-inch HDTV. There is a 5 piece en suite bath and large walk-in closet that is shared with the other lower level bedroom/den. This bedroom has a twin bed, chest of drawers and desk. There is also a 1/2 bath on the lower level. The kitchen with near new stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, flatware, toaster, coffee maker, blender and numerous condiments. The living/dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a reclining sofa and loveseat, coffee and end tables, table lamps, and a dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a 65” HDTV and DVD player in the living area. A small patio off the living area with table and 4 chairs and a gas BBQ grill leads out to the shared pool/spa area. The upper level has 2 master suites each with full en suite baths, walk-in closets, decks with views, and TV’s. One suite has a king bed and the other has a queen and 2 twin beds with chest of drawers and nightstands/lamps.
All bedrooms/baths are furnished with linens and towels. Between the 2 upper suites is a large loft with a daybed and trundle. There is also a queen air mattress for extra sleeping space on the floor as well as a baby mattress.
The loft also has a computer desk, chair and a kitchenette with mini-frig, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender and toaster. All utilities, cable TV, and wireless internet are also provided for your use. 2-car attached garage and full-size washer/dryer.
