Welcome to Mimi’s Dream. Mimi’s Dream is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath family home located in the famous Pirates Cove Marina. Just a short drive to the beach, this wonderful rental has all the amenities you need to have a spectacular trip full of memories. Mimi’s Dream boasts 2 master bedrooms with adjoining full baths, 2 other large bedrooms with an easily accessible separate bath. The large open floor plan allows everyone enough room to socialize while cooking, hanging out on decks, but also has enough rooms to allow everyone some privacy. A large, fully equipped, spacious kitchen and dining area great for family dinners and recounting the day’s events. Large, spacious living area upstairs that has a big tv and lots of windows to view the decks or different aspects of the Marina. The home has a large wrap around deck furnished with nice chairs great for watching sunsets or enjoying morning coffee. The upper level also has a large deck equipped with chairs, table, and a grill for making a delicious family dinner. There are large parking areas under the house for 4 cars and front and back stairways to access the home. There is a private walkway to the canal behind the house great for fishing and crabbing. Additional perks of Mimi’s Dream include – a private gated marina offering a safe area for you and your family; access to a large pool area with concession stand, hot tub, and kiddie pool; a large fenced playground for children; tennis and pickle ball courts; sand volleyball courts and a workout facility all within a 150 yard walk. Enjoy a quick walk to the marina each evening to watch the boats bring in the daily catch (mahi, tuna, wahoo, and occasional Marlin); the Tiki Bar with nightly entertainment; or eat dinner at the top-notch restaurant located in the marina. Located across the street from the marina is a recently renovated public area with 4 boat ramps, and a long pier built for fishing and crabbing. Only a short drive to the Beach, Janette’s Pier, outlet malls, grocery stores, hospital, aquarium, and many other local favorites.
