4 Bedroom House in Winter Park Highlands, Tabernash
Located on over an acre of forested land in the middle of beautiful Grand County. Ample outdoor & indoor space to fit your crew comfortably!
Just a few miles away from skiing at Winter Park and Granby Ranch, Devil's Thumb Ranch is right around the corner, Hot Sulfer Springs, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are easily accessible... Go Skiing, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Rafting, Tubing, Restaurants and Shopping all just short distances away.
The space:
We have two rooms with king sized beds. In one of the king bedrooms there is a gas fireplace and a sitting area. The other has an en-suite bathroom attached. Our other two bedrooms have bunk beds... one with a full over a queen and the other a twin over a full with a bonus twin trundle bed. We also have a pack and play, sheets and a high chair available.
Our home has a small hot tub open year round! In the summer months we have a slack line setup in the yard.
The coffee bar setup to satisfy all coffee or tea drinkers needs; automatic drip, French press, pour overs and a kettle! Bring your favorite coffee or tea and enjoy!
Our kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a toaster and an insta-pot.
We are on just over an acre of forest land with stunning views of the continental divide and Winter Park ski area.
Other things to note:
Our wood burning fireplace in the living room is not inoperable at this time.
Also to note we have a tenant living above the detached garage so please be respectful of their parking spot and noise.
