Built-ins and old world charm. The neighborhood is a family friendly diverse neighborhood. Great walkability to several local restaurants. 5 minute drive to Mass Ave, 8 minutes to downtown. 12 minutes to Lucas Oil Stadium.
Methodist Hospital and IU Riley Hospitals are both within a 8-12 minute commute. There is a bus stop 8 blocks to the west and 3 blocks to the east. 10 minute drive north to Broad Ripple. There is a separate unit upstairs 3 bedroom/2 bath that is completely separate from this unit. Both can be leased together for larger groups.
