Renters of this home have access to pool 50 feet from home as well as The Beach and Racket Club pool, playground, tennis, basketball court and soccer field. They are all in easy walking distance on paved sidewalks. This home design is like new. Inside you will find the gorgeous kitchen and living areas. Granite counter tops, new cabinetry, pantry, large laundry room on main floor. Ocean views from both floors and spacious porches. First floor kitchen and living area plus multipurpose room with twin over twin bunk, leather sofa, with full bathroom. Second floor has two large bedrooms with queen beds, sitting areas, private porch, full bathroom and a powder room. Third floor bedroom had two twin beds. There are luxurious linens on all the beds . Towels are provided also. The home has high speed wireless connection. Large flat screen TV in living room, and flat screen TV's in 3 bedrooms. You have a two car carport with a private hot water shower under the home. Great for showering after the pool or beach. Home comes with one charcoal grill, there are additional charcoal grills available close to swimming pool. The home has ceiling fans throughout and is neat and professionally cleaned. No pets. Maximum of 6 adults. All rates exclude, cleaning fees, and taxes. Weekly rentals only from last week in May through Labor Day week, Saturday to Saturday. Harbor Island homeowners association requires a gate pass to private island. One gate pass included with house rental. Additional gate passes can be obtained .Cleaning fee is $175. No smoking please.
