The cottage has been renovated by the new owners with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. New laminate flooring and carpeting throughout the house, as well as cathedral ceilings and picture windows create a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying lake life.
The cottage is situated on a private, level, 50 foot lot with dock for your boat. Easy drive-up access to main entrance. There is a large, clean, swim area for recreational water activities, as well as a large deck for enjoying the wonderful lake views. Great opportunities for kayaking, hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing, jet skis, and boating. There are also several restaurants, golf courses, shops, trails, and parks within a short drive.
