Summary: Many maintenance issues need to be addressed on this older property. Oven not working; screens missing from most all windows: Windows difficult to open; sliding screen door wouldn’t open had to remove it to access patio.; master bedroom sliding glass door had caution tape on it as it’s missing the deck.posing a safety issue and unsightly. could not open slider to get fresh air in bedroom. Many blinds on windows would t open in bedrooms. Renters beware.
