Our surrounding neighborhood is a blend of convenience, culture, and community. We're within a quick drive of many stores and attractions. Our area is characterized as up and coming, many homes in our area are currently under redevelopment and redesign.
Getting Around:
Ride share is easily accessible to and from our area. Please note if you are using a ride share service, while our address is in Oakland, apps sometimes identify it as Emeryville, a neighborhood of Oakland. If you do bring a vehicle with you, please enjoy complimentary parking for two vehicles in our garage on the first floor of our home.
Other Things to Note:
Please note our home is "very vertical" - all guests MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS. Ability to climb stairs is required for access to all areas of the home as the bedrooms are on the second floor and the living room / kitchen is on the third. The garage is the only area that does not require use of stairs. This home is not ADA accessible.
