This is a great opportunity to stay in a stylish community without being far from all of the best that Oakland has to offer.

This studio has a private bathroom, living space, and kitchenette that contains a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, and hot plate. You will have access to a common shared full kitchen, located on the first floor, which has an oven, dishwasher, and larger fridge that is available for you to use. You will also have access to a shared washer/dryer. The full kitchen and laundry is shared with 4 other studios in the building.
