We would love to welcome you to our neighborhood – this is a perfect place to settle in and stay a while! Washington State law states that guests legally become tenants after 30 days and thus are entitled to tenant rights. We prefer to get to know you more and complete due diligence prior to signing on to a long-term tenant relationship decision.

To request to book longer stays: Please fill out the text portion of your profile, or send an inquiry or booking request including pertinent information about and yourself and your travel plans. We want to know who we are considering welcoming into our space.

Once we understand more about you and your trip, we may conditionally accept your booking. If conditionally accepted, to confirm your booking, we will send you a link to complete a background check and a credit check. This will be an additional cost to you, and must be completed within one day of the links being provided to avoid cancellation of your booking. After the background and credit checks are complete, and if we deem them satisfactory, we will provide you with a rental agreement which must be signed within five calendar days.

Additional Rules for guests staying longer than 28 days
-You are responsible for keeping the house clean and tidy. We will require access to the unit every two weeks to check on the health of the space and provide fresh towels and linens.
-Starter packs of basic home items such as dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, etc are provided at the beginning of your stay to help you get off to a good start before you can get to the store, but will not be refilled during the duration of a long-term stay.
