Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath country house on 70 acre horse farm. Fully fenced and gated property with above ground pool, 2 person hot tub, gourmet kitchen on working horse farm . We are located 11 miles from Saratoga Springs and 30 minutes to Lake George. We have great hiking on our property and on Spruce Mountain, biking and kyacking nearby. We offer 2 queen beds, a twin, double fouton couch and air matress.
