The living room has a gas fireplace, TV with cable, DVD player, and wireless high speed internet. From the living room you go up a short flight of stairs to the master suite with a king bed, TV with cable, and a gas fireplace, a private bathroom with a large shower, a spa tub, nice views, and a slider leading out to the back deck. To reach the other two bedrooms you go up another few stairs, there is a full bath, two bedrooms, and laundry room on this top level. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and views of the coastal hills, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and views of the coastal hills. These two private bedrooms are adjoined by a small solarium with nice coastal hills views. Off the main level is a large deck with hot tub, BBQ, and outdoor furniture, also a cupboard of games and puzzles, and beach chairs, towels and toys. Great for families: includes Pack n Play, Stroller and High chair. Ping Pong table in the garage and a bike.
