Summary: Staff is amazing, very welcoming! Room was clean upon arrival.
Breakfast was pretty good - waffles delicious and coffee was nice and strong! Yogurt provided, juice, apples and oranges, honey buns and danishes, and cereal. The only downside was no protein but it was manageable and provided a variety.
The only negative we experienced was we had a smoke free room - which we requested. It was made clear on check-in that any smoke and we would be charged which is fine because we do not smoke. However, the temperature got cold so we turned the heater on for the room and the room immediately smelled of smoke. We turned off the heater immediately and opened the door. We instead slept in sweats and bundled up instead of using the heater. This was the only true negative we experienced.
The place was quiet for the most part and on main street but not along the main highway so traffic was minimal at night but still felt very safe.

Summary: Everything was great, good service, room was clean but then we found spiders. Front desk said it was normal for the area and gave us bug spray. A little disappointing to say the least.

Summary: I attempted to check in and directed to a room being told that the room was open. It was not. It had already been given to another customer I had to walk back to the office and get another key in a room that was a good distance away from the office. Also the room was just average

Summary: Bathtub drained very slowly…it appeared clogged. The bed linens and pillows smelled like sweat. Pool was green and looked like algae had spread throughout.
3 bath towels, 1 hand towel, & 1 washcloth for 3 people. Breakfast was adequate.

Summary: Breakfast is 3 kinds of cereal, sheet kept coming off of the bed, bathtub spigot was at least 1 inch or more from the back wall, sink faucet lever fell off, nowhere to store clothing, a table type desk but no other table in the room, one solitary chair. Won’t stay there again.let’s not forget that the room was next to the laundry facility. Oh, and we were there to attend a funeral.
