This property is new to VRBO but I am a seasoned VRBO hostess. This is my second property on this site. I love preparing for my future guests!
Special Note: Since this property is in its first season I am offering it at a discounted nightly rate to build my ratings. I expect the rate to increase after its initial year on VRBO so take advantage of this special offer and be my guests during the summer of 2025!
There is 2,500 square feet of living space with two covered porches, a large deck, and garage space. Note that there are two small studios under the same roof but have completely separate and private entrances and are rented to quiet tenants. One over the garage and one in the basement. The main house is all yours!
There are three cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with 2 twin beds, and one with a queen bed (this bedroom is on the third floor). There is also a fourth room with bunk beds that is more like a pass through space. This space also has a couch and TV. There is also an extra cot bringing the total bed space to 9! Bring two families and split the expense!
There is AC in all three bedrooms. I have window fans for the living room area.
There are lots of stairs - a small flight to get into the house and then there are two additional flights in the space. Two bedrooms and the pass through space on the second floor and the third queen bedroom is on the third floor. Get your exercise while on vacation!
There is a half bath on the main floor and a full bath on the second floor. Blow dryer and curling iron provided. There is a large laundry area with washer and dryer between the first and second floors.
The living room space is open to the dining room and the kitchen is somewhat open to that area as well but can be closed off if needed. Fully equipped and ready for you to cook a family meal in!
I have two cruiser bikes with baskets that you are welcome to use during your stay. I also have 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards and some sand toys.
WiFi and streaming TV of course.
I have a few pack and plays, stroller, high chair, and child gates if you need. Please request the child gates ahead of your arrival as I can set them up when preparing the house for you.
