This lakefront home has updated features like new flooring, throughout, updated 2nd bath and new sleeper/sectional in main living room. The home is thoroughly cleaned after each guest, perfect for a family get away or a group of friends looking for a weekend adventure. This 3-bedroom, 2 bath lakeside retreat is the place to make those memories happen. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee on the fully furnished covered porch, while watching a flock of Ducks pass by. Later as evening arrives, take in the breathtaking sunset views on the open water. Lots of room for all to gather around the over-sized stone fire pit. Roast marshmallows, make s'mores and reminisce about the days fun filled events.
While inside this cozy retreat, gather in the kitchen while preparing dinner, looking out over the lake. With 3 fully furnished bedrooms, a pullout couch and additional bunkbeds. The home comfortably sleeps 6 -8 adults and/or 4 children. The open concept provides two living rooms that can be enjoyed by all or to provide the adults space to stretch out on the comfortable lounge furniture while the kids take over the game room. Board games and a giant Jenga game are provided for all to play. The home is equipped with 3 TV's with Roku's, you have access to all of your favorite Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc web-based entertainment. WIFI is provided, allowing you to stay connected, however while at the lake, we do recommend 'unplugging.'
The home is located on an oversized lot that offers a large, enclosed side yard. Take advantage of the lake, bring your fishing gear and try your luck. Go swimming or just float in the expansive protected cove with beautiful lake views. You have easy access to 2 private boat ramps, visible from the home, bring your boat and jet skis to enjoy! The home has a covered boat house with a new lift and a single jet ski lift.

Easy to get to, just an hour’s drive from downtown Dallas. This retreat is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants in Gun Barrel City or Athens.
