Come stay in this spacious single level 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath townhouse located on #5 fairway to green Nina on Isabella golf course. Enjoy watching people play golf while you sip on your morning coffee on the large back deck. Centrally located near most of the golf courses and only 3 miles away from Balboa Beach makes this a perfect rental to stay in. This property features a split floor plan with the master bedroom/bath being opposite from the guest bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom offers a comfy King sized bed with its own bathroom attached. The master bathroom has a nice soaking tub and a walk in shower.
The first guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the second guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms.
There is a gas grill located on the back deck for guest to use as well as propane.
