This is an extremely special listing, located in the Rural and peaceful town of Plant City, off of Interstate I-4, this Farm House Retreat is for those that want to truly get away to a tranquil spot with low noise, beautiful backyard views, and an acre of land to park an RV, or large truck. The location is secluded enough to have a peaceful vacation in the countryside, but close enough to the Highway to have access to food amenities, or even the Hard Rock Casino a few miles away.
This farm house retreat is a stand alone building, and is a secondary home to the owners which live in the main house 200 feet to the left of this house. The entire upstairs area is yours with its own entrance front and back. The downstairs is used as storage and a small business for the owners of the property. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 has a Queen bed and the other a Full bed. There is a Full sofa bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen with all of the amenities you would expect, oven, microwave, large fridge, coffee maker, utensils etc. There are two bathrooms each with a shower, sink and toilet and even a washer and dryer for your convenience for people with longer stays. There is also a nice balcony over looking a pond, for your enjoyment to sip a coffee or smoke a cigarette outside. This is the perfect location for people who want to have a camping type of feel and get a way for an extended period of time, but still be on the outskirts of Tampa to take advantage of everything Tampa and historic Plant City has to offer.
The guest must climb one flight of stairs to access the unit. There is no elevator. There is a lockbox for guest access which we will give the combination 2 days prior to your stay.
This property is professionally managed by an Airbnb management Company. The management is not on site, but we are always available through chat. The property owners live in the main house 200 ft away, and may be available for emergencies.
Tons of land for parking. This is a rural area though, you would certainly want your own transportation like a car. Great place to explore the countryside on a motorcycle.

* Don't throw away the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dish soap bottles or you will be charged $$ per missing item.
* Large Bath towels destroyed will cost $10. Small towels destroyed $5.
* Pets are not allowed.
* If the property is left in a "mess" beyond a reasonable living standard, trash left everywhere, the smell of smoke, disregard for the property, etc. An additional cleaning fee will be requested through Airbnb in order to cover the costs associated with bringing the property back up to rentable condition.

Please bring the trash out to the road and put the trash in the bins. The trash in the blue bins and recycling in the green.
