From the moment you walk up and see the STUNNING mountain views that you will enjoy as you come and go every day, you will feel right at home. This beautifully appointed 2 bed/2 bath, ground floor condo has no steps and a front porch to watch the sunrise and sunsets. You’ll appreciate NO shared walls on either side of the unit and a designated covered parking space that is a quick walk to the front door of the home.
Inside, you will find a well decorated, comfortable living room with vaulted ceilings and open concept to the dining area and kitchen. Moving down the hall you will first come to the large guest bathroom that houses the washer and dryer and pantry with extra towels, lounge chair towel clips and more.
The secondary bedroom encompasses a queen-sized bed, closet, long dresser, nightstand, reading lamp and a small but mighty reading library - curated from past guests!! You can see a great view of the mountains from the large picture window in the room that provides plenty of privacy when the shades are drawn.
The Primary Bedroom has a stately king bed, double nightstands, walk-in closet, and a dresser. Kick back and relax watching some TV while organizing your walk-in in closet or enjoying the ensuite bathroom. There is a privacy door on the shower/toilet room for extra solitude.
Our complex has a gorgeous putting green, heated pool & hot tub. (The pool is not heated when temps go below 40 degrees, we want you to enjoy your vacation and not catch hypothermia from frigid air temps.) The pool deck has umbrella tables, ample amounts of lounge chairs and a large covered pergola for relaxing in the sun or shade. We hear from many of our guests that they enjoyed the pool all to themselves with few or no other visitors present.
Across the street from the property, you will find a Safeway with covered parking, Walgreens, Wells Fargo Bank, Starbucks, restaurants and shopping. The post office, library, museum and Fountain Park are just a short walk away. Just a short drive to golf, hiking and nearby cities like Scottsdale. Fountain Hills is a close drive to Mesa, Gilbert and Peoria.
This property is just minutes from Mayo Clinic and 25 minutes to Sky Harbor airport/downtown Phoenix.
The unit is filled with all of the conveniences for an enjoyable stay: 2 Flat Screen TVs (50” in living room, 32” in master bedroom), internet, DVD player, linens, towels, cooking appliances and utensils, in-unit washing machine and dryer, books, games, outdoor grill, and more. We welcome long term monthly renters and offer discounts for stays 28 days or more. (No discounts during high season Jan-April)

For that reason, we hire a housekeeping staff that aligns with our desired level of service, and we also hire monthly pest control to service for our desert property. Our guests often comment on how clean our properties are. With that in mind, and due to these provided services, we will not issue a refund for any cleaning or pest related issues. If for any reason our space does not meet our 5 Star standard, we will work with you immediately on an amicable resolution.
