Positive: Location, ease to find, lit parking lot, nice lay out, balcony..keyless lock nice touch

Negative: Entire building smells musty. When your breathing this in while walking 6 staircases to unit with asthma was tough. Open up entrance door and doors on each level and air it out or put in fans or something to circulate the interior air . The room smelled musty I kept a window and sliding door on balcony open, whole stay. I didn't notice any info indicating it was on a top floor unit without an elevator until after I booked it, but that may be my fault. That was definately a deterrent to booking here in future. They need more than one trash can in unit. Tv was hard to figure out with 3 controllers to control the tv and not being familiar with with cable co, was limiting, written instructions would be nice. Fireplace use was not an option? And if they don't want people to smoke hide ashtrays and lighters away, jus sayin'
