This amazing, newly renovated, brightly painted house is located in one of the most desired areas on the beach. You are just minutes away from Pier Park shopping or dining, fishing at the Pier, or the sugar white sand of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. This craftily designed 3 story home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and is sure to make all your worries drift away with the waves and feel the need to visit again and again for the wonderful vitamin sea. This home offers 2 parking spaces outside of the garage (there is one car in the garage that stays there permanently), so you can have family from all over meet at the Beach. This community does have a pool that you can use during your stay when you need a break from the ocean. The pool is located to the left of the home (if facing the beach), behind the second set of houses. The home features a small front porch before entering on the first floor where you will find the first bedroom with its own private bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, and TV mounted on the wall and the bathroom features a stand up shower. You can also access the garage from the first floor of the house. Then on the second floor you will find the second bedroom with a bunk bed that has a full size mattress on the bottom, a full mattress on top, and a twin size trundle underneath and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom is just down the hall on the second floor and has a queen sized bed and flat screen TV with its own private balcony. This balcony does not have a view of the gulf, but it does have a bench and 2 chairs, so you can enjoy the sounds of the ocean breezes. The master bathroom en-suite has double vanities, a closet, and stand up shower. The stackable washer and dryer is located in the second floor hall closet; between the two bedrooms. The third floor is where the living room, dining room, half bath, and kitchen are located. This open floor plan allows for entertaining and spending time together; and if you decide to cook dinner while on vacation the view will make the task worthwhile. Just off of the 3rd floor living room is a large balcony that is perfect for watching the waves roll in or the sunset after a long day. The balcony does offer a couple of chairs and small table so you could sit and enjoy the evening breeze and wonderful views while enjoying a nice glass of wine. Note: This home does not have an elevator.
