Bring your Bikes and Ride into Town, or Most Anywhere because you're Literally on Blue Star Trail Walking and Bike Path it's at your Front Door…Saugatuck is a quick 2 minute drive into town… A 5-10 minute Bike Ride or a 15-20 minute or so leisurely walk into Saugatuck via the Peterson Preserve Trail.

This is a perfect base to Investigate everything Sauglasville (SAUgatuck douGLAS fennVILLE) has to offer. We have these 3 quaint small towns to explore! Take a drive thru the country side to our 3 wineries, 4 Orchards…..Or our local lavender or goat cheese farms. Traveling from one of our quaint towns to the next, giving that aura of going back in time. Our tri-community area and our townhome are in the center of the small country vibe. Come relax and enjoy whether it's a rainy day or time to veg out after a full day of activities, you’ll find there is space everywhere for everyone. And….We've even created a Work Area with Desk and some Sunshine (as long as Mother Nature Cooperates) to complete your work for the perfect Staycation/Location, not too much work though!
