The second floor is comprised of 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, a tv/sitting room, two balconies, and a laundry room with half bath. The master suite has a large jetted tub, a three head walk in shower, and a dry heat sauna.
The finished attic is 1600 square feet of open area seating, 5 mattress on floor for kids, a propane heated stove to warm the space in cool weather. There is a deck off of the attic with an outside stairway down to the yard. Ideal for Dancing. Play pool on a professional pool table.
The ground floor of the house is completely surrounded by a wrap around covered porch, there are access stairways on all four sides and a wheelchair ramp. Ample parking in the driveway with more spare available outside the gate.
