This villa is newly renovated with lighting, flooring, carpet, and more throughout. Large open concept living space with a large smart TV with basic cable, a dining area, kitchen equipped with all the essentials for a home cooked meal, and plenty of space for friends and family to spend time together, indoors or outdoors.
There are 2 bedrooms - one bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has a king bed - both bedrooms have large closets. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs with basic cable (option to login to own streaming Devices). The bathroom has nice modern touches with a walk-in tiled shower, stand alone sink, and a medicine cabinet. Laundry is next to the kitchen, both a washer and dryer, with laundry supplies.
Step outside the back door to your private large patio. A comfortable outdoor patio set awaits, a couch and chairs, and a grill for your use. Enjoy the outdoors in your private backyard.
Want to go for a swim? Right outside the patio gates is the community pool. Shared between 13 other units, this pool is open year round, although it is not heated. Feel free to use the pool furniture and lounge for hours while enjoying the beautiful California weather!

Looking to rent a boat, or go on a boat tour? You are about 10 minutes away from rental shops in Newport Beach that can take you on 2 hour tours, or even to Catalina Island for the day!
