Inside, you’ll find soaring 16-foot ceilings in the great room, 12-foot ceilings throughout the rest of the home, and walls of glass that blur the line between indoors and out. Sleek finishes include imported Spanish tile, Grohe fixtures, pivoting glass entry doors, and a chef’s kitchen equipped with European cabinetry and top-of-the-line Miele appliances.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available during the summer months (May 1 – October 1). The average water temperature without the heater is above 90°F.
- This home provides an outlet suitable for EV charging. A connector/charging cable is not provided—guests must bring their own charger/connector.
- Use of the firepit and Firebowl is available upon request and subject to an additional fee.
