Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath property situated on 15 fielded acres in one of the most desirable areas in western Albemarle County. An excellent option for a young, family relocating to Charlottesville and in need of accommodations for several months or longer.
Located just 15 minutes from both Charlottesville and Crozet. Ridge Road is also one of the most popular "country running routes" in the area and also one of the most scenic.
The house provides 4 bedrooms upstairs:
- The primary offers a king bed and newly remodeled en-suite bathroom. The room has great natural light with multiple windows and a study area.
- The 2nd room, located across from the top of the stairs, has a queen bed and newly remodeled en-suite bath
- The 3rd room provides 2 twins that share a newly remodeled bathroom with the 4th room contain a twin with a trundle bed.
The downstairs offers a full kitchen with light-filled, breakfast area and a sitting room perfect for a relaxing read or place for kids to play.
A few steps down is a lower-level offering a spacious dining room with a large, farm table great for entertaining. Just off the dining room, it opens into a grand living room with high ceilings, two couches, large flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Off of this level, sliding doors open up to a covered deck the spans across the lower level overlooking the backfields.
The decor is minimalist with a modern and clean feel.
A pool is also on the property available during May and mid-Sept (property not available during the summer months).
