This is a very cozy and comfortable home. It is well appointed and has everything you will need for a night/week or month. We have a great, open, fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi tub in master, access to pool/tennis. Quiet and friendly neighborhood with nearby shopping, eating and entertainment. It is located between downtown Raleigh and downtown Durham, which makes it very convenient to the more popular destinations.

It will make you feel warm and welcome. We have included many personal touches to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. You will find a very open floor plan with a well equipped, centrally located, open kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats 8 for that big delicious meal, also great for playing cards or board games. A large master bedroom with a new plush king bed is conveniently located on the main floor. The large luxurious master bath is equipped with a jetted spa tub and aroma therapeutic bath salts. Soft towels, hair dryer, organic soaps and shampoos are there for you in both bathrooms. The living room is a wonderful open area with vaulted ceilings, gas log fireplace and surround sound smart home theater system with a 43" flat screen HDTV with internet TV (HBO, Amazon Prime and Netflix included). It has been updated with all new carpeting. There are board games, puzzles and books for when you just want some low tech entertainment and relax at the house. There is an office equipped with a desk, extra seating, wireless printer/scanner and shredder. Wireless high speed gigabit internet is available throughout the house. Maps are available so you can quickly acclimate yourself to the area. You will also find a binder with a house manual, maps, collection of things to do, places to see and a long list of wonderful local restaurants. The house has a completely furnished loft area, with a stair stepper and a 42" HDTV that overlooks the living room. We can also convert the loft into another sleeping area. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan, room darkening curtains, 2 soft robes, 32" ROKU TV and a USB surge protected charging stations. The large second bedroom has a queen bed and desk, it is located upstairs and conveniently connected to the full bathroom. The third bedroom can easily be converted from two twin xl size beds to one king size bed or vice versa upon request. The house also has a 2 car garage with garage door remotes and enough room for 2 extra cars in the driveway. The outside patio has seating for eight, a small herb garden, an umbrella with lights and a gas grill. It backs up to a wooded area for great privacy. In the garage there are two touring bicycles with helmets ready to go and four tennis rackets with tennis balls, basket ball, kick ball, soccer ball and a cooler for picnics.
The house is equipped with a keyless entry with your own private code, so no need to worry about keys. There is a gated community pool which is open seasonally. The gated tennis courts, workout room and playground are open and available with a key year round.

Less than 10 miles to downtown, 5 miles to Crabtree Mall, 2.5 miles to Brier Creek, 10 minutes to airport, close to major freeways, 1 mile to Umstead State Park with walking and biking trails. Also conveniently located for easy access to major Universities in the triangle area. Many nearby restaurants and takeout/delivery. There are three very convenient grocery stores. Lowes Foods is a walkable half mile away. No car, no worries. Uber is very popular and always available or car rentals are located nearby at the airport.
