Our rowhouse sits in Dupont Circle, a cosmopolitan neighborhood with tons of trendy bars, cafes, clubs, restaurants within steps! A very rare perk in centrally-located house with up to 4 standard-size cars or 2 large SUV parking included!! Parking in this area is very difficult and expensive $50/day! Level 1 EV charger available. Walker's Paradise: 98/100 walk score and 99/100 bike score! Minutes walking to Dupont Circle metro and several bus stops. Easy access to the White House, the National Mall, Embassy Row, museums, zoo, etc. A wonderful and safe neighborhood for your DC adventures!
Check-out process very simple! Almost like a hotel but with much more comfort and space! No long list of chores! We do NOT ask you to remove sheets, towels or trash! The only request is to run the dishwasher at the end of the stay! No worry to empty the fridge/freezer either! We just want you to relax and enjoy!
