There are two lounges, one with dining area and the other with patio doors leading out to the south facing lanai and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all one could wish for in a holiday home, huge American fridge/freezer with ice making machine, 4 ringed ceramic hob and large oven, dishwasher, microwave and waste disposal. There is a separate laundry room with washer and drier. The garage has space for 2 cars.
Outside on the lanai there is a large dining table and chairs for al fresco dining and 4 sun loungers for enjoying the wall to wall sunshine overlooking the lake which abounds with wildlife.
