Guests have exclusive access to the entire property with exception to the garage during their stay.
Additional Notes:
Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with many families. We want you to have fun but if you’re looking to throw a rowdy party, we aren't the right fit for your group.
Optional pool heating - AVAILABLE (October-May @ $75/Night). The pool won't need to be heated late May to end of September. Heating Requests need to be made within 24 hours of check-in and will be billed separately closer to your check-in date.
Garage is used as storage for homeowners. We offer ample parking with our large driveway for multiple vehicles and plenty of street parking
Our property has a security camera at the front door and no other cameras inside the house. This is to ensure the safety of our home and our guests.
BY BOOKING THIS HOME, ALL GUESTS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:
1. Check in: 4pm, Check out: 11am. Early check-in/Late checkout can be requested but is subject to availability.
2. 2. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9pm – 9am. Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside the home. It does NOT record sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels.
3. No smoking of any kind, anywhere on the premises. This includes the use of e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana. Violation of this rule will include a fee and removal from the property without refund.
4. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests indicated at reservation. Any additional guests or visitors are not permitted unless approved ahead of time by host.
5. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
6. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
7. Guests are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on property grounds, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms.
8. No tampering with the pool equipment.
9. Have fun and please respect our home, neighborhood, and neighbors.
