Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was great, near the pool and lots of shopping areas (outlets and familiar stores like Target) and dining near by (Broadway at the Beach, Kitchen Table, and Paula Deen's). The unit was clean, beautiful, spacious, and comfy. The pool was one of the best parts. Our children had a great time swimming and enjoying the beautiful Myrtle Beach weather.

Negative: The process for entering the room. We so much time trying to contact the owner to obtain the code to enter the unit. The number she provided initially did not work, then she did not respond when I texted several times to inquire about how to access the unit. Property security attempted to help, but efforts were futile. We finally made it into the unit after several failed attempts. The keypad was what felt like "cryptic" having to press each number several times to get to the next number (ex. First button displayed 123, Second button 456, and so on) This would have been a lot easier if this was explained with the directions at booking.

Summary: Enjoyable stay with minor technical issues
