To comply with local guidelines, identity verification & signing a standard rental agreement are required upon arrival. Quiet, peaceful environment. No smoking.

The home is cooled and heated by a central system maintained at a comfortable 78 degrees. For your comfort, your room also includes a dedicated portable AC/Heating unit that you can adjust to your preferred temperature.
The suite is located on the ground floor with a single step entry.
Due to a resident animal with aggressive tendencies towards other animals, we cannot accommodate pets or Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) for the safety of all parties.

Strictly for 1 guest only. No extra guests allowed. Parking for 1 passenger vehicle only. No room for large commercial trucks. Pickup trucks and vans are okay. Please adhere to our NO SMOKING POLICY. Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking outside is permitted.
No pets allowed.

If you need to have mail delivered you must have your own PO Box. Amazon deliveries and food deliveries are okay.
This is not a party house. If you plan on drinking excessively this may not be the house for you. If you like listening to music outside at night, please use earbuds. It's a peaceful neighborhood and we need to have respect for the neighbors.
