The space
One of the things we love most about this exceptional home is the stunning surrounding nature and lush foliage. Mill Valley is a scenic area, known for its natural beauty, charming downtown area, and proximity to San Francisco. Surrounded by hills and forests, there is an abundance of opportunities for outdoor recreation. The location is fantastic and includes easy access to Highway 101 and the Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito, the popular Tennessee Valley trailhead (walking distance), Muir Beach and Muir Woods (reservations required, please check Muir Woods Reservations website).
The neighborhood abuts the Golden Gate National Recreational Area with a trail out the back gate leading up the hill to the County View Drive trailhead.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the home. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a Queen bed, private ensuite bathroom and deck access. The deck features a hot tub, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. There are 2 guest bedrooms available. One has a Queen bed, while the other has a Full bed. Both of these rooms share the second full bathroom that is available.

HOME TRUTHS:
- There are outside stairs leading to the front door which is common in Mill Valley. There are stairs inside the home. House is not suitable for those who have trouble with stairs. Also children need supervision on the stairs.
- The front deck can be slippery but only after heavy rain or heavy fog.
- The houses generally have a lot of privacy due to the foliage in the neighborhood and this house is particularly surrounded by foliage.
- Some parts of the hardwood floors have normal wear and tear.
- The downstairs half bath has somewhat dated wallpaper and fixtures but has its own charm.
- While the freeway is way off in the distance, depending on the wind, a slight hum of the traffic travels up the canyon to our house. This occurs rarely but on occasion depending on the weather.
- The ice maker is currently broken but ice trays will be supplied.

If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately.
