The Space:
Finished private basement of a row-style home. The guest suite includes a separate entrance at the front of the home, queen-sized bed, twin-sized cot, bathroom, towels, laundry, fridge, microwave and toiletries. To get into the space, you will need to walk down a short flight of stairs. Please note, there are some areas of the space that have low ceilings.
Our space is in a quiet neighborhood in D.C. not walking distance to sites, bars or shopping. For that, we suggest Georgetown, Navy Yard and Adams Morgan.
Guest Access:
My partner and I live on the top two floors of the home and guests will have exclusive access to the basement. Security system and cameras on property.

We live on a quiet street in a residential area a short walk from the Anacostia metro station in Washington, D.C. Neighbors are friendly in this up-and-coming neighborhood and we all know one another. Our location is a convenient 15 minute Uber to major DC attractions/neighborhoods: The National Mall/Monuments, U Street, Georgetown and Chinatown. Even closer are NoMa, Capitol Hill, The Wharf, and Navy Yard.
Getting Around:
Our location is a 7 minute walk to the nearest metro stop. 1 stop to Navy Yard, 3 stops to monuments! 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop or Capital Bike Share. Uber/lyft arrive within minutes.
