🚭Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking, vaping, or fireworks will result in an automatic $500 charge, plus any additional costs for damages.
🔥BBQs & Fire Pits: Not all homes include BBQs and/or fire pits. Where provided, these are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions. Guests must follow all fire safety guidelines and are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
🌱Lawn Care, Snow Removal, & Pest Control: To help keep the property well maintained, lawn care, pest control, snow removal, or other routine exterior maintenance may be performed during your stay. Likewise, while we take reasonable measures to minimize wildlife and pest activity, we cannot guarantee the absence of insects or animals, including mosquitoes, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, or other wildlife. No refunds will be issued for these naturally occurring conditions.
