Located on the 7th St. Beach access, the beach is only 350 steps (about a 5 min walk) away!
Make your way inside to the ground level entertainment room with floor-to-ceiling cabinets conveniently equipped with games, a microwave, mini fridge & freezer, ice maker, sink, dishwasher and Keurig so you can enjoy being poolside a little longer each day! Bedroom #1 is located on the ground level with a Queen bed, full bath and access to the outdoor shower.
Take the steps or the elevator to the second floor which opens to a Great Room that features floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony, screened porch for outdoor entertaining, a large farm table that seats 10 for family or elegant dining and a comfortable living area with fireplace. The Great Room features an open chef's kitchen with Viking appliances, island seating for 6 and a pantry. This floor also hosts Bedroom #2 with a King bed, full bath & walk-in closet, Bedroom #3 with 2 Twin beds, full bath & walk-in closet, .5 bath located off the kitchen and a laundry room.
The third level hosts Bedroom #4 with a King bed & full bath, soaking tub & walk-in closet, Bedroom #5 with 3 Twin beds, balcony, full bath with tub and walk-in closet, Bedroom #6 with 1 Twin bed and finally Bedroom #7 - the Master Suite featuring floor-to-ceiling views, balcony, a King bed, full bath with double shower and elegant marble finishes, soaking tub and large walk-in closet.
