This cottage, original in 1929 has been masterfully renovated to an open living concept, exposed brick and modern amenities. The cool refrigerator has a built in screen and the kitchen has a gas stove top. The deck is huge and yard is enormous (3/4 acre) in downtown. The Greenway paved jogging, biking, walking trail was extended to cross the property at the street! So you are actually staying on the Greenway trail. You can also walk to the new indoor outdoor restaurant Brinks Tavern only a few hundred feet away! The baseball stadium and other restaurants & Crown Plaza hotel are also only a 10-12 minute walk ! The nice historic bathroom with a claw tub and spray shower includes a hair dryer for convenience. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning, tankless water heater and special upgraded insulation. This home has gotten rave reviews on the competitor site and we are just now adding it to VRBO.
