Positive: The grounds, beautiful views, and landscaping are still amazing and continue to be the best part of the property.

Negative: We have been coming to this property with our family regularly for the past 13–14 years, so this stay was very disappointing compared to our past experiences. The front desk employees were not friendly or welcoming. We had most of our meals at the hotel during our stay, and while the food was acceptable, the overall service was just average and staff interactions did not feel warm or attentive. The room and villas felt very outdated and poorly maintained. I also requested an upgrade and was told someone would get back to me, but nobody ever followed up or checked in with us. For a room that cost around $700 per night, having a parking lot view was extremely disappointing. Overall, this stay did not meet the level of service or quality we expected from a place we have loyally visited for many years.
