Street parking, conveniently located directly in front of the building, is free Monday - Saturday from 5:00pm - 8:00am, all day Sunday, and during Holidays. There is an hourly rate of $4 for street parking Monday - Saturday from 8:00am - 5:00pm, download the park mobile app to easily manage parking.
Our beautiful second floor apartment has 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, with a full size bed, plenty of closet storage space and door which leads to a private courtyard. You must go up stairs in order to get to the apartment. It is also has a twin size air mattress for any extra guest. It has a fully stocked kitchen with complementary Keurig Coffee Station stocked with Coffee/Tea K-cups, and creamer. Toiletries, and all linens are provided. The living room has a study desk, sofa, 40" smart tv with fast Wifi.
Extended stays for 14 nights or more are able to purchase a parking pass for only $15 which will allow street parking at anytime without any fee's (please contact us for more information)
