The house is 101 steps to tranquil Nathans Bay beach on the Sea of Abaco (exactly how many steps it takes to climb Elbow Cay iconic lighthouse) and 300 steps to the ocean side for wave lovers. Take a nice 1-mile walk to quaint a town with restaurants and shops. Golf Cart information is available upon request.
House has gorgeous wrap around deck to enjoy sea breezes and nature. Madrigal is surrounded by Bougainvillea and trees creating a tree house like setting. Enjoy the beautiful garden and walking paths on property. Large coconut palms provide shade and tasty coconuts for your enjoyment.
Inside enjoy the open concept with high ceilings and spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a brand new mattress with a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full-size bunk bed and an extra twin bed with pull out trundle with recent mattresses. House has large Anderson windows with screens allowing tons of light and wind through the home. There is central AC if it is just too hot to have windows open.
