Maximum capacity of 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms.
Master bedroom with a queen size bed. Additional bedroom has a single sized trundle (2 beds)

ENTERTAINMENT
There is a large television in the family room streaming capability. High speed internet. There are also smart tv's in both master bedrooms. Log into your paid services and don't forget to log out when you leave!

BEACH
The beaches of the Delaware Bay are a short distance away and do not require tags. There are two public beach areas nearby; Cape May City and Cape May Point. Both require tags. This rental provides 10 beach tags. Additional Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances.

OUTDOORS
EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS ON THE PROPERTY.
Please use the fire pit with care and caution. No oversized fires are permitted and fires outside the fire pit are strictly prohibited.

CHECK IN/OUT
Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am. Keys will be picked up from the 24 hour kiosk set up outside of our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company.
We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. June-August7 night minimum SATURDAY-SATURDAY
