This beautifully renovated country home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with an expansive great open room, perfect for socializing or just hanging out. New beautiful acacia hardwood flooring throughout home.
Home decor is centered around the theme of vintage arcades. Art from renowned arcade pop-art artists and framed video game posters convey a fun, game-design vibe throughout the interior.
Not only will the private arcade bring you back to the golden age of gaming but the art, colors and creativity will surround you during your stay.
Huge 600+ square foot garage space with high ceilings serves as an ULTIMATE arcade. Please see at the bottom a list of current games.
You will be hard pressed to find any amenity like this in any short term rental out there!
When you step outside into the backyard, you will be greeted by a new dining and firepit seating area, a luxury hot tub and a 5 burner BBQ grill. Additional outdoor seating is provided throughout the property to enjoy the warm Sonoma sun. There is an edible garden on the property including fruit trees in the backyard. In the winter, feel free to pick the lemons and tangerines from trees in the side yard. In the summer, choose from tomatoes, squash, herbs, and asian pears.
And while you’re minutes from amazing restaurants, should you decide to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans and most any utensil you’ll need.
We also offer level 2 EV charging to our guests with electric vehicles. Guests may need to bring their own cord.
