GUEST ACCESS:
Super simple access provided in & out of the house with an electronic keypad lock. The door codes and wifi info are delivered to guests the day before arrival.
We are also super close to vacation essentials like groceries, gas stations, pharmacy, big box stores, and gyms. Along with must try restaurants of all kinds. Fine dining spots, tasty dim sum, juicy burgers, top notch pizza, gourmet donuts, satisfying bahn mi sandos, authentic tacos, all you can grub Korean BBQ, and wake you up right waffle sandwiches just to name a few!
GUEST INTERACTIONS:
You will have the whole home to yourself and check-in is contactless. All pertinent info for your stay will be sent to you the day before you arrive, so no need to meet anyone in person unless otherwise specified.
Please feel free to message directly on the app anytime. If something comes up or you need help (with supplies, minor repair, issues with entry, etc.), please reach out. We're happy to assist!
We prefer to keep communications strictly over the app whenever possible to protect both parties should anything happen. However, there are always exceptions and we are happy to chat over the phone when necessary.
THE FINEST OF PRINT - Additional Details to Note:
- Early check-in and late checkout may be offered. If you are interested in either, please ask for availability at the time of booking. The cost is $22.00 per hour early or late.
- Our pool is cleaned twice weekly, typically on Tuesdays and Fridays to ensure the best pool conditions for guests. HOWEVER, Vegas is well known for high winds out of nowhere, so some debris may blow in the pool. To remedy this, we've provided a pool net on a pole for guests to use if needed.
- Hot Tub & Pool Use: There is NO cost to heat and use the hot tub. Heating the pool costs $50 per day.
- Our aim is to provide the best guest experiences, however, we do not allow events or parties at our place. This is due to city ordinance and respect for our friendly neighbors. We appreciate your understanding and thank you ahead of time for minding this rule. Cheers!
- We have outfitted the exterior door at the front of our home with a Ring doorbell camera that is actively recording video and audio to ensure safety for our guests. This is the only camera on the property.
- In the spirit of transparency, we charge a small management fee ($36) per stay to help with cost of water, gas, electric, & internet. This helps keep our rates reasonable for the amazing guests (like you!) that book our place. The good news? The price you're seeing for the dates you've selected already includes this fee. :)
- We always strive to get things right the first time, but there can be cases where a cleaner may miss a detail or our handyman didn't catch something. Don't panic, we got your back! If anything needs to be remedied, please reach out and give us the opportunity to make it right.
