Rule number one: Have fun!
Friday and Saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay. Occasionally there is a 3- night minimum during holidays or special events. That isn't very often and we can be very flexible with that, so just check in with me.
We are always willing to consider special circumstances or needs, just message us with any special requests or questions prior to booking. I'm happy to try and work with you.
Please check with us first if you will be hosting an event, we would love to accommodate you but will need to help arrange specifics so that our neighbors do not get disturbed. Please just check with us first so we can help you to have an enjoyable experience.
If you are looking to smoke there is plenty of space on the patio allowed outside. Just a reminder that there is no smoking of any kind permitted in the home. So just a reminder that if ashes, cigarettes, joints or smoking smells are found, you will be charged a $750 fee cleaning fee as it takes a lot of work to get the smell out before the next guest arrives. You're welcome to smoke outside as much as you want consider keeping the doors to the house closed while doing so. In addition there is a $500 fee if you or your guests disturb, move or turn off the smoke detectors as it is a safety concern and our guests safety is our highest priority.
No glitter or confetti, please. It takes a HazMat team to get rid of that stuff.
Pets are usually very welcome, but please check with me first. We do our best to make our home lovely for all of our guests so please return it to us well cared for!
