Twelve miles from downtown Sandpoint, you'll arrive to a private driveway that takes you to the home. Inside are radiant heated floors, a massive stone, wood-burning fireplace (yes, we even provide the wood), a large open kitchen with updated appliances and room for your family and friends. For the warm summer months, the home is equipped with several portable air conditioners - two in the living area, one in the upstairs master bedroom and one in the main level bedroom. A fenced and dedicated garden is yours to enjoy summer and fall and walking / hiking trails lead you up to a picnic lookout where you can take in the majesty of North Idaho and Lake Pend Oreille. A salt water hot tub will naturally soak and restore you.
An additional family room is downstairs with a TV and movies. Note: this home intentionally does not have cable or satellite TV and has no internet so that you can have less time on devices and more time being outside or playing games and enjoying time together.
Garfield Bay is less than 3 miles down the road and is one of the most gorgeous parks on Lake Pend Oreille. Boat, swim, hike, picnic, explore and then come home to this gorgeous home to continue enjoying your vacation. Two kayaks come with this home, as well as 4 portable A/C units, and a great ping pong table.

*Due to the remote location of this home and the amount of snow this area gets, we highly recommend all- or four-wheel drive and chains for any vehicles going to the home during winter.
