We love our little oasis in the city! Just 12 minutes from NRG (with no traffic! ;) ) We are also close to Texas Medical Center.
The farmhouse has great outdoor spaces- a huge 14x22 foot deck with beautiful lighting and plenty of tables and chairs for you and your guests as well as a beautiful pool and an additional brand new Trex deck surrounding the pool. *Please note that the pool area may be shared with tenants in the other side of the duplex, but no shared living spaces inside.*
This home makes a wonderful girlfriends' getaway, a romantic weekend for 2, or a fun family destination to catch all the Houston highlights- The Astros, the Houston Zoo, Galveston Island, The Children's Museum, NASA, and a plethora of amazing restaurants!
A fully equipped kitchen with a full fridge, 5-burner stove, large oven, crock pot, plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. There is also a crib and highchair, plus books and toys available for little ones! Super kid friendly place! :)

Entire unit is 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living areas, dining area, kitchen, decks, pool. The back half
of the duplex (2 additional bedrooms, 2 more full bathrooms) can be reserved at an additional cost, please contact us for more details. No interior spaces are shared with the other part of the duplex, only pool and backyard.
Other things to note
Swimming is very fun but also ENTIRELY at your own risk. There is a fence around the pool but PLEASE keep an eye on your kiddos.
**We think everyone is great, but we do not think smoking ANYTHING in our home is great. If we smell tobacco, weed, etc at checkout you will be charged a fine. Thank you for respecting this rule
