Gorgeous newly renovated 3/2 home next to Southeastern University. Elegantly designed with class this place is a dream. All of our rooms are equipped with 42” or greater smart TV with cable access as well. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and there is another bathroom with a tub in the main hallway. New modern decor you will feel very welcome in our home.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
* We have security cameras on the front and rear of the property for our guests as well as the protection of our properties.
* You must have all guests registered. If 4 people are coming to the home then it needs to be booked for 4 guests, not 2. There is a charge of 15.00 per night per guests over 2. If the correct number of guests are entered during booking then your rate will be adjusted accordingly. By having extra guest fees after 2 we are able to keep the base rates lower. We have a zero tolerance policy for people who misrepresent the number of guests on there reservation.
* There is a non refundable pet deposit $250.00 per stay. Also, if you have a pet you are responsible for any and all damages to our home.
* We only allow dogs, no cats so please do not ask. Also, we have a lot of breakable items in the house so please keep that in mind. Small dogs are ok.
* If your looking to host an event such as a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party or any celebration that would involve guests other than those booked please send an inquiry for a custom rate proposal.
