This clean and updated house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood just a mile walk to East Beach and 2.5 miles from historic Watch Hill village. A quick walk to the Cooked Goose and access to local walking paths in Avondale Farm Preserve or Gray's Boatyard.
Additional amenities include an outdoor propane grill on a large private deck with table and chairs, walkout basement with a pool table and additional open floor plan living space with a 48" Smart TV. The house has hardwood floors, air-conditioning, wifi, a family room on the main level with a 55" Smart TV, a gas fireplace in the living room open to the dining room. A fully functioning kitchen with toaster oven, drip coffee maker, microwave, full size fridge, stove, cookware and all serving, dining and glassware. All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The main bedroom has a wall mounted TV, walk in closet and separate en suite full bathroom, there is a shared full bathroom for the remaining two bedrooms. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor as well. This house is very clean and pet free.
The two car garage is connected to the house with additional parking in the driveway. Four beach chairs and a cooler are provided for use.
